John Cressman’s mission is to encourage and resource church leaders. He is a practitioner. His extensive experience as a pastor, coach, trainer of seventy-plus church board chairs, and denominational leader has uniquely shaped this one-of-a-kind book. He is married to Melanie and affectionately known to their seven grandchildren as Papa John.
