Tommy has been active in leadership within the private, public and voluntary sector for more than 30 years. Married with three adult sons, the family lives in Northern Ireland where Tommy and his wife help to lead Mid Antrim Vineyard. After spending 15 years managing Christian organisations, employability programmes and local authority services, Tommy launched a consultancy company in 2002 that provided research, strategy development and evaluation services, for public, private and voluntary sector organisations.
